When ordering by phone, please state the name of your optical shop and clearly name the type of product, the values and the number of dioptric lenses. Be sure to request confirmation of the order from our administrator.
• For greater precision, we recommend submitting your requests in writing (email).
• Cancellation or change of the ordered dioptric lenses is accepted within one hour of the request and is charged BGN 20.
• If the manufacturer refuses to stop already requested orders, the lenses are at the expense of the customer who placed the order
In-stock lens deliveries are made:
For Sofia: requests made before 11:00 a.m. are delivered within the working day.
For the country: Orders placed before 4:30 PM are shipped the same business day, and after 4:30 PM – on the next one.
Delivery times for all prescription lenses are indicative and not binding on the supplier.
Custom prescription lenses are delivered within 10 working days.
Stock lenses that are not in stock in Sofia are delivered within 5 working days.
• For orders over BGN 30 - free delivery.
• For orders worth less than BGN 30 - delivery price BGN 3.
All prices indicated in the catalog are recommended in Bulgarian leva for one item with VAT included.
They are formed based on plus cylinder and total diopter.
Faith Vision Ltd. reserves the right to amend and supplement the price list at any time after prior notification.
The ordered optical products are delivered with an invoice or goods receipt, which should be paid within 14 working days, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
In the event of total or partial payment delay by the customer, Faith Vision has the right to demand immediate payment of all outstanding amounts due, regardless of the intended method and terms of their payment, as well as suspend all deliveries until full payment of obligations is made and, at its discretion, cancel any other outstanding orders or contract and/or repossess unpaid merchandise.
